Electrical Apprentice - Level 2

Paramount Services is looking for a Level 2 Electrical Apprentice to join our growing commercial and industrial electrical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice who has completed their first level of training and is looking to gain more hands-on experience while working alongside experienced Journeyperson Electricians on a wide variety of commercial, industrial, and service projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Install conduit, wiring, lighting, panels, and electrical equipment under the supervision of Journeyperson Electricians.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
• Perform testing and basic troubleshooting using electrical test equipment.
• Support service calls, renovations, tenant improvements, and new construction projects.
• Maintain organized job sites, tools, and materials.
• Follow the Canadian Electrical Code and all company safety procedures.
• Work safely in active construction and service environments, including ladders, lifts, and confined spaces when required.

What You Bring:

• Registered Level 2 Electrical Apprentice in Manitoba.
• Previous commercial, industrial, or construction electrical experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical installations, conduit, wiring methods, and blueprint reading.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to continue learning.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting materials, climbing ladders, and working in a variety of environments.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
