Job description
Shape the future of aviation with FTAI as a Tooling Engineer. Join a dedicated team focused on developing specialized tooling for aeroderivative engines. You will play a pivotal role in the aeroderivative engine development program, where your expertise will help streamline manufacturing and assembly processes. Experience the excitement of working with innovative technology and participate in the complete lifecycle from concept to production. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop tooling for engine components • Collaborate closely with engineers on manufacturable designs • Assist in introducing new parts and developing shop aids • Create technical CAD models and detailed specifications • Validate tooling through fit checks and capability studies Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline • 5-10 years of industry experience in tooling engineering • Knowledge of GD&T principles and inspection processes • Familiar with CAD software tools such as Siemens NX • Proven project management and analytical skills Utilize your engineering skills to innovate and improve FTAI's aeroderivative engine initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
