Job description
Join Advantage Solutions as a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead and transform the shopping experience. Engage with retailers to enhance product placement and drive customer satisfaction. In this dynamic role, you will deliver vital merchandising support in-store. Responsibilities include creating eye-catching displays, resetting shelves, and collaborating with leadership on operational reporting and training. You’ll have the chance to directly impact sales growth by meeting shopper needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Create and organize product displays and end caps • Reset store shelves for optimal merchandising • Provide in-store support relevant to retailer needs • Assist with leadership on training initiatives • Travel independently throughout your designated area Requirements: • 1-2 years of relevant merchandising or planogram experience • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks • Reliable transportation for local travel • Proficiency with smartphones/tablets for work updates • Flexible Monday to Thursday schedule required Bring your merchandising expertise to Advantage Solutions and help shape the future of retail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
