Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will work closely with field teams, project management, and clients to coordinate schedules, materials, site activities, and project documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking to grow their career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate project schedules, material deliveries, and communication between site teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
– Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to project requirements.
– Track and manage deficiencies, service requests, consultant reports, and project close-out activities.
– Assist with project planning, look-ahead schedules, equipment rentals, and material procurement.
– Maintain project records, daily reports, photo documentation, and change order tracking.
– Attend site meetings and provide updates on project status, timelines, and outstanding items.
– Support safety compliance by working closely with site personnel and ensuring documentation is completed and maintained.
Qualifications:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
– Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.
– Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general project coordination tools.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
