Job description
Take on a leadership role as Vice President of Research & Development at Cayenta, driving AI transformation from any location in Canada or the US. Collaborate remotely while overseeing a substantial engineering workforce. As a critical member of Cayenta, under Harris, you will spearhead the integration of AI into every level of our product strategy. Your key mission is balancing strategic initiatives with the realities of maintaining a profitable legacy operation. You'll lead efforts to instill a culture of innovation and efficiency throughout the team. Key Responsibilities: • Formulate and execute a corporate AI strategy with measurable results • Guide the modernization of Cayenta's product offerings through AI • Serve as a trusted advisor for senior leadership on technology matters • Foster a change-ready environment within a large engineering team • Instill a rapid, quality-oriented development approach Requirements: • Proven experience in AI initiatives driving business growth • Hands-on leadership in enterprise software modernization • High EQ and success in transforming engineering cultures • Financial expertise in managing R&D budgets • Ability to travel frequently as required Lead Cayenta’s AI evolution, transforming technology into strategic business innovations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
