Role: BizTalk Support Analyst

Summary Responsible for providing L2/L3 production support monitoring troubleshooting and maintenance of Microsoft BizTalk Server integrations across enterprise applications. Ensure seamless data exchange between internal and external systems incident resolution problem management and platform stability while adhering to SLAs and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 production support for BizTalk applications and integrations.
Monitor BizTalk environments interfaces message queues and batch jobs.
Perform incident analysis troubleshooting and root cause identification.
Resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
Support BizTalk Server applications orchestrations pipelines adapters and schemas.
Monitor message processing and transmission between applications.
Troubleshoot integration failures involving SQL Server Snowflake MSMQ FTP/SFTP SOAP/REST web services MQ Series and Azure Integration Services (where applicable).
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.
Implement bug fixes and minor enhancements.
Participate in release deployments and post-release validation.
Support disaster recovery and environment failover activities.
Develop and maintain support runbooks and knowledge articles.
Automate routine monitoring and support activities.
Participate in an on-call support rotation.
Collaborate with development infrastructure and business teams.
Required Technical Skills Microsoft BizTalk Server (2013/2016/2020 or later).
BizTalk Administration Console.
BizTalk Orchestrations and Pipelines.
XML XSD and XSLT.
SQL Server.
Windows Server Administration.
PowerShell scripting.
IIS Administration.
SOAP and REST web services.
Preferred Skills DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Splunk Dynatrace AppDynamics or similar monitoring tools.
Python.
Snowflake.
Experience 10 years of experience in middleware or application support.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on BizTalk administration and support.
