Senior Salesforce Administrator & Developer

Salary: $93,600 - 135,200 per year

Requirements:

• We require at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• We need proven experience managing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• We require proven experience administering Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• We need strong expertise in building Salesforce automation with Flow.
• We require experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware.
• We need experience delivering enterprise automation solutions.
• We require a solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and governance.
• We need experience creating dashboards, reports, and business analytics.
• We require excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• We need strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• We require the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce AI Associate, Salesforce Certified Automation Specialist, and Workato Enterprise Automation Certification.
• We consider experience integrating Salesforce with CRM or dental management software an asset.
• We consider knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration architecture an asset.
• We consider experience with Salesforce Data Loader and deployment tools an asset.
• We consider healthcare or dental industry experience an asset.

Responsibilities:

• We administer, maintain, and continuously improve Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), and Experience Cloud.
• We assess our current Salesforce environment and recommend enhancements to improve performance and user adoption.
• We configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, permissions, security, reports, dashboards, and Lightning applications.
• We manage Salesforce releases, testing, deployments, and production support.
• We ensure our Salesforce environment follows best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
• We design and build scalable automation using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.
• We develop custom applications using Salesforce Platform App Builder capabilities.
• We automate manual marketing processes to improve operational efficiency.
• We support AI-driven automation initiatives using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein capabilities.
• We lead Salesforce integration projects with third-party applications, APIs, ERP systems, websites, social media platforms, and CRM software.
• We design and maintain secure, reliable data synchronization between systems.
• We monitor integrations and resolve issues to support business continuity.
• We optimize Sales Cloud for lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
• We configure Marketing Cloud Account Engagement for lead nurturing, segmentation, and customer journeys.
• We build automated marketing campaigns, email journeys, drip campaigns, and lead scoring models.
• We improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through automation and data-driven strategies.
• We design executive dashboards and KPI reports for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.
• We maintain data quality through cleansing, validation, deduplication, and governance.
• We provide strategic recommendations based on business analytics and Salesforce insights.
• We present regular performance updates to senior management.
• We identify opportunities to improve business processes through Salesforce technology.
• We stay current with Salesforce releases, AI innovations, automation technologies, and industry best practices.
• We train and support users to increase Salesforce adoption across the organization.

We are a high-tech, innovative, full-service dental laboratory located in Toronto. This is an in-person role for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator & Developer who will lead the administration, optimization, automation, and integration of our Salesforce ecosystem while supporting digital transformation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations. We offer a compensation range of $45.00 to $65.00 per hour.
