Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Apply understanding of business analysis, project management methodologies, and techniques to ensure the successful implementation of all projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and support the identification of effective solutions
Perform data analysis and data modeling to identify and diagnose the root causes of business problems, deficiencies, and process gaps, and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to guide decision-making
Design, develop, and maintain automated BI dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with clear, actionable visibility into key metrics
Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs, alongside a consistency in delivering high quality results in a fast paced environment
Knowledge and Qualifications
Typically requires a bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience, a Master's degree with 4-8 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-5 years of experience
Proven facilitation, problem-solving skills, and strong knowledge of project management fundamentals
Experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keeping the end user needs at top of mind
Ability to quickly learn about business domains and how they function
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel (Google Sheets), including hands-on data modeling techniques

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$83,700.00 - $125,500.00
STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
