Job description
Take the lead on transformative projects with Gold Fields at the Windfall Project in northern Québec. This position emphasizes strategic planning and collaboration for operational success. As the Program Lead, you will work directly under the Director of Integrated Operations, overseeing strategic initiatives during the Windfall Project's pre-construction phase. You will focus on operational alignment and contribute to change management practices that support both business processes and corporate culture. This opportunity is ideal for those passionate about making impactful contributions in mining. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement operationally efficient initiatives • Develop and support a comprehensive digital transformation approach • Analyze and recommend strategic business plans • Articulate and lead key strategic programs effectively • Engage with stakeholders to develop management frameworks Requirements: • University degree; MBA strongly preferred • Over 15 years in mining and project management • Significant experience in change management • Excellent strategic planning capabilities • Bilingual in French and English Leverage your expertise to drive successful initiatives at Gold Fields' Windfall Project, ensuring a lasting impact in the mining industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
