The Opportunity:

As a Personal Lines Team Lead, you are responsible for being an insurance expert in addition to motivating, coaching, and encouraging employees. By your leadership, the goals, purpose, and vision for the employees will be brought into focus and executed by your ability to collaborate and build relationships. In this role, you will lead a team of Personal Lines and Small Business insurance advisors, supporting them through the day‑to‑day while helping them grow their skills, confidence, and client relationships. You will be the person they turn to when a file gets complex, a client gets tricky, or they need someone in their corner. Beyond the technical side, you set the tone for how the team shows up, communicates, and delivers for clients. It is a role that blends hands‑on insurance expertise with genuine people leadership, and the right person will find real satisfaction in watching their team succeed.

Full‑Time opportunity at our Grande Prairie office location.

What you will bring to the role:

• Level 2 General Insurance License is required
• Completion or working towards obtaining a CAIB or CIP designation is an asset
• Strong knowledge of Epic Broker Management system
• Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment
• Pro‑active and a self‑starter with a keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal
• Works well in a fast paced, client‑focused environment
• Proficiency in windows‑based computer systems
