Job description
Join People Corporation as a Campus Support Coordinator at the Ontario Tech Campus in Oshawa. This full-time, in-person role focuses on providing exceptional support and member services. In this position, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring members receive accurate information regarding insurance and wellness programs. You’ll also engage in administrative functions, participate in training, and support events aimed at enhancing member engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Answer member inquiries through various communication methods • Educate members about claims and wellness access • Document all interactions accurately in the system • Escalate complex issues as needed • Contribute to process improvements and event planning Requirements: • At least 1 year of administrative or member services experience • Strong communication and listening skills • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy • Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks effectively • Customer service-oriented mindset Enhance the member experience and support wellness initiatives on campus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
