You will assist with formwork, material handling, site preparation, and support grout projects, working under the direction of skilled trades to ensure all work meets tight tolerances and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Assist with surface preparation, constructing formwork, and the mixing and placement of epoxy grout for equipment baseplates and foundations.
Support the construction and installation of site-specific formwork for foundations and structural supports under the direction of skilled trades.
Help maintain accurate grout documentation, including tracking batch/lot numbers, ambient temperatures, and pouring logs.
Assist in setting and leveling forms and embeds for equipment installations, ensuring alignment with structural requirements.
Rigging, material handling, and site-prep tasks safely and according to the project plan.
Use basic measurement tools—levels, squares, and measuring tapes to assist with formwork and grout placement.
Participate in JSAs / FLHAs, toolbox talks, and all OCL and site HSE requirements, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Report daily time and material information (LEM inputs) to your supervisor.
Required — Hands-on experience or willingness to learn epoxy grout tasks: surface preparation, formwork construction, and mixing/placement.
Required — Familiarity with industrial system formwork (e.g., Doka, Peri) and site-specific formwork concepts.
Required — Proficient in rigging, material handling, and basic use of precision measuring tools (levels, squares).
Required — Current safety certifications (Confined Space, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, AWP) and ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
Asset — Previous experience in concrete placement, finishing, or general industrial labour.
Asset — Experience in turnaround/shutdown, oil & gas, or heavy industrial/mining environments; able to read and interpret basic structural drawings and blueprints.
