Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper Receiver for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse and logistics professional with forklift experience who enjoys accurate inventory work, organized shipping and receiving processes, and contributing to smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete shipping and receiving paperwork for loading and off-loading trucks, including daily trucking information submission.
- Receive incoming courier packages, verify goods received, and print warehouse labels as required.
- Perform inventory counts and help ensure products, materials, and supplies are accurately stocked.
- Operate Counter Balance forklift, Raymond Reach, or Order Picker equipment to load, unload, move, and stage products and materials.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while following company procedures.
- Support daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities to meet operational timelines.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, and Milton, ON.
- Schedule: Days, afternoons, nights, and rotating shifts may be available.
