DMS Management Solutions, Division of Tribe Management Inc., is currently seeking for a Property Accountant to join our accounting team in North York .
The Property Accountant works under the direction of the Director, Corporate and Administration.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess the following combination of education, experience and skills: 3+years’ experience in an accounting position preferably in the Property Management industry– Commercial and/or Residential experience is an asset – (Intermediate); Experience in Non-Profit Housing is a requirement Experience working with multiple budgets is a requirement CGA/CMA/CPA designation is an asset Detail oriented Effectiveness as a mature, tactful accountant with practical experience in the supervision of accounting staff; Energetic leadership.

Using a “can-do” attitude that will positively influence, motivate and energize the team.
Proven ability to identify, evaluate and develop new ideas with supportable results, Solid Analytical Strengths.
Ability to apply logic and reasoning to effective manage projects, analyze complex financial, legal and contractual problems and to provide solutions or recommendations, Able to manage time effectively Experience in Yardi software is an asset Superior oral and written communication skills.
