Our primary operating brand is Big Star Lights, a product-led business serving the seasonal and exterior lighting space. We also operate FestiLight, a service business delivering lighting programs for customers who want a turnkey experience.

This role is for a warehouse associate to assist the team and our customers during our peak season, September - December.
As a Warehouse Associate at Big Star Lights, you'll be at the heart of our peak-season operations — picking, packing, and shipping orders, keeping the warehouse and storefront organized, and jumping in wherever the team needs a hand. It's active, hands-on work that calls for a strong work ethic, good communication, and a willingness to adapt when things get busy. A successful candidate for the Warehouse Associate role is someone who brings energy, reliability, and a genuine team spirit to the floor each day.
As a crucial part of daily operations in the warehouse, your role will be to assist in the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, while also assisting customers in our retail store. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
