Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to facilitate patient access to hospital programs and clinic services by coordinating registration, scheduling, reception, data management, and other administrative activities. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, the incumbent provides guidance and support throughout the enrollment and care process, resolves issues that may impact participation or access to services, and supports physicians and staff in delivering efficient, high-quality, patient-centered care.
