Youll serve as a trusted advisor, addressing employee relations, talent management, and compensation strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement HR activities to enhance employee engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies and practices
• Lead teams in resolving complex employee concerns
• Facilitate HR learning sessions for leadership teams
• Conduct investigations and prepare documentation for HR cases
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience required
• Experience with Workday preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian employment laws
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Proficiency in HR analytics and automation tools
