Your Role: Lead Transformation. Shape Strategy. Enable Growth.
As a Director Consulting, Business Transformation & AI, you'll serve as a senior business transformation consultant and trusted advisor, helping organizations understand how AI can create practical, measurable business value and realize sustainable value from their AI investments.

Working alongside CGI's Directors of Consulting Services, you'll bring deep expertise in business transformation and AI to strengthen client relationships, shape strategic opportunities, and guide organizations through complex transformation initiatives. Rather than owning client accounts, you'll complement our account leaders by helping clients develop transformation strategies, modernize business processes, and accelerate responsible AI adoption.

You'll also help shape the continued evolution of CGI's Business Transformation & AI consulting capabilities across the Atlantic Business Unit. Building on CGI's established consulting practice, global AI expertise, and proven client success, you'll have the opportunity to influence our strategy, evolve consulting offerings, strengthen our market presence, and help define how we continue delivering AI enabled transformation for our clients.

You'll collaborate closely with CGI's technical AI specialists, architects, and delivery teams, serving as the bridge between client business objectives and successful implementation.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Client Leadership & Strategic Advisory
. Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, business leaders, technology leaders, and executives on business transformation, AI adoption, and digital modernization.
. Lead executive workshops that help organizations define transformation priorities, AI strategies, investment roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
. Advise clients on operating model redesign, organizational change, Responsible AI, governance, and workforce transformation.
. Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers, strengthening CGI's position as a trusted transformation partner.

Opportunity Shaping & Business Development
. Provide business transformation and AI expertise that strengthens client relationships and shapes strategic opportunities.
. Support executive presentations, discovery workshops, proposals, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
. Collaborate across CGI consulting, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and account and delivery teams to recommend and shape integrated client solutions.
. Bring innovative thinking, market insight, and consulting expertise to strategic pursuits and client engagements.

Practice Leadership & Thought Leadership
. Help shape and evolve CGI's Business Transformation & AI consulting capabilities across the Atlantic Business Unit.
. Contribute to consulting methodologies, reusable assets, market offerings, executive workshops, and leading practices.
. Mentor consultants and help build AI fluency across CGI's consulting Partner community.
. Represent CGI through conferences, executive forums, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives while staying current on emerging business and technology trends.

Solution Leadership
. Translate client business challenges into practical transformation opportunities enabled by AI and digital technologies.
. Connect clients with the right CGI capabilities, technical specialists, delivery teams, and alliance partner solutions.
. Help ensure consulting engagements deliver measurable business outcomes and long term client value.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 12+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, technology consulting, or advisory services.
. Demonstrated success advising organizations on complex business transformation initiatives and translating emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes.
. Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation, and the evolving technology landscape.
. Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders, facilitate strategic discussions, and build trusted relationships.
. Experience supporting business development through executive advisory, opportunity shaping, proposals, workshops, and strategic consulting engagements.
. Comfortable collaborating with technical AI specialists and delivery teams without needing to be the primary solution developer.
. Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship building skills.
. Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
. Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, enterprise transformation, and organizational change management.

Asset Qualifications
. MBA or graduate degree in Business, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Organizational Change, or a related discipline.
. Certifications in AI, Cloud, Business Architecture, Digital Transformation, Change Management, or related disciplines.
. Experience working with public sector, healthcare, credit unions, financial services, utilities, or other regulated industries.
. Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
. Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally as required (travel estimated at 25% and primarily within Atlantic Canda).
