Job description
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Cariste chariot élévateur contrepoids expérimenté(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe d'entrepôt. La personne retenue sera responsable de la manutention sécuritaire des marchandises, du chargement et du déchargement des camions, ainsi que de l'approvisionnement des aires de travail afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des opérations. Horaire : 7h-15h30 lundi-vendredi OU 15H30-23H30 lundi-vendredi Salaire: $27.61 de jour et $27.61+$2.00 de soir Responsabilités
  • Conduire un chariot élévateur contrepoids assis de façon sécuritaire et efficace.
  • Charger et décharger les camions.
  • Déplacer, entreposer et récupérer les marchandises dans l'entrepôt.
  • Utiliser un lecteur RF (scanner radiofréquence) pour localiser, déplacer et confirmer les mouvements d'inventaire.
  • Alimenter les zones de production ou de préparation de commandes en produits.
  • Effectuer le rangement des palettes et maintenir l'organisation de l'entrepôt.
  • Inspecter quotidiennement le chariot élévateur et signaler toute anomalie.
  • Respecter les procédures de santé et sécurité ainsi que les politiques de l'entreprise.
  • Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe afin d'assurer l'atteinte des objectifs quotidiens.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe au besoin.
Exigences
  • Expérience en conduite d'un chariot élévateur contrepoids assis.
  • Expérience avec l'utilisation d'un lecteur RF (scanner radiofréquence).
  • Certification de cariste valide pour un chariot élévateur contrepoids assis.
  • Expérience en entrepôt ou en centre de distribution.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Aptitude à soulever des charges au besoin.
  • Sens de l'organisation, fiabilité et souci de la sécurité.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring inventory is stored accurately to support daily warehouse operations. Schedule : 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday OR 3:30PM-11:30PM Monday-Friday Salary: $27.61 on day shift and $27.61+$2.00 on evening shift Main tasks
  • Safely operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently.
  • Move, store, and retrieve products throughout the warehouse.
  • Use an RF scanner to locate, move, and confirm inventory transactions.
  • Supply production or order-picking areas with materials as needed.
  • Organize and stack pallets while maintaining a clean warehouse.
  • Complete daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
  • Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous experience operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift.
  • Experience using an RF scanner is required.
  • Valid forklift certification for a sit-down counterbalance forklift.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required.
  • Strong attention to safety, organization, and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
