Build AI powered solutions that simplify complex work and help teams make smarter decisions faster across Quality & Risk Management.

What will your typical day look like?

Your day will be focused on turning real business challenges into smart, scalable AI and automation solutions. You will partner with QRM stakeholders to understand pain points, uncover opportunities, and design practical tools that make work easier, faster, and more consistent.

You will bring solutions to life by building conversational agents, automating workflows, connecting data and systems, and shaping user experiences that teams can confidently adopt. From concept through testing, deployment, and continuous improvement, you will help create technology-enabled solutions that reduce manual effort, improve quality, and support stronger risk management across the firm.

How you will make an impact:

  • Build AI agents and automated workflows using Deloitte-approved tools (Copilot Studio), including topics, triggers, nodes, integrations, and knowledge sources
  • Turn business requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions that improve user experience, reduce manual effort, and create measurable value
  • Shape conversation logic, instructions, guardrails, and workflow paths so AI-powered solutions provide accurate, useful, and consistent support
  • Connect data sources and enterprise systems, such as APIs, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other business platforms, to create seamless end-to-end experiences
  • Test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve agent behaviour, workflow logic, and solution performance using feedback and usage insights
  • Support deployment, versioning, publishing, and adoption so new AI and automation solutions are launched smoothly and used effectively
  • Advise teams on Copilot Studio, GenAI, RPA, and automation capabilities, helping them choose the right approach for different levels of complexity
  • Create reusable components, templates, and patterns that help scale automation consistently across QRM and the broader business

About the team

Quality & Risk Management (QRM) helps our technology and operations teams deliver high-quality work with confidence. We provide the tools, insights, guidance, and governance that help engagements plan effectively, manage risk early, and stay on track from proposal through delivery and ongoing support. As our work evolves, we are using AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to simplify processes, improve service delivery, and create smarter, more scalable ways of managing risk across the business.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with these required skills:

  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, journey mapping, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • Practical knowledge of GenAI, prompt design, knowledge curation, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools
  • Experience configuring platforms or tools; light customization experience such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is an asset
  • Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience testing, troubleshooting, optimizing, and improving technology-enabled solutions
  • Basic understanding Copilot Studio
  • Strong communication skills working across business and technical teams
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on scale, reuse, and practical impact

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have’s as well:

  • Basic understanding of APIs, ETL, RPA tools, or similar automation platforms
