  • Provide leadership for change governance activities, shaping standards, performance measures, adoption metrics, and compliance expectations across the technology organization.
  • Optimize change processes, stakeholder engagement, and adoption performance through continuous improvement, analytics, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Lead with learning agility and curiosity and translating insights into actionable change strategies.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and investment priorities for the change function; drive year‑over‑year cost improvements and financial stewardship.
  • Oversee vendor strategy, contract alignment, and service‑level performance for change‑related partners, serving as relationship owner when required.
  • Serve as a thought leader by analyzing trends, developing strategic recommendations, and advising senior leadership on emerging transformation opportunities, organizational readiness, and resistance management.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.

  • Advanced communication and executive‑level storytelling skills for presenting insights, recommendations, and strategic direction on transformation outcomes.
  • Ability to lead multi‑initiative change portfolios and consult as a senior adviser to executives, peer Directors, and cross‑functional leaders.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability, with the ability to rapidly understand and respond to emerging trends, technologies, and evolving business needs.
  • Intellectual curiosity and innovation mindset, with a track record of exploring new approaches, tools, and ideas to improve organizational outcomes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and risk, including the ability to make informed decisions and lead through uncertainty in fast‑evolving transformation environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation trends and their implications for workforce strategy, organizational design, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, operational controls, and adoption/performance measurement frameworks.

Preferred Skills

  • Preferred: Prosci, CCMP, ACMP, or equivalent change management certification; experience with digital transformation, cloud migration, agile transformation, platform modernization, or operating model redesign.

Business Experience
