They will have experience in general or facility maintenance, basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques, and the ability to safely operate division vehicles. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, adapt to changing demands, and follow instructions and safety procedures. Preferred Qualifications and AssetsBasic computer and inventory tracking skills.Experience in custodial work, warehouse work, facility maintenance, or school operations.Forklift, skid steer, yard grounds keeping equipment experience or certification.Mechanically inclined.
