Alors voici un rôle de commis aux achats qui pourrait te correspondre. Une entreprise internationale spécialisée dans la fabrication et la distribution de boyaux, raccords et solutions de transfert de fluides pour les secteurs industriel et hydraulique est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Commis aux achats pour joindre sa petite équipe située à Saint-Laurent, dans la partie ouest de Montréal. Dans ce rôle, tu soutiendras la directrice des achats et de la logistique dans la création et le suivi des commandes, les communications avec les fournisseurs internationaux ainsi que certaines activités liées aux inventaires. Une expérience directe en achats n’est pas obligatoire. Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour une personne qui aime les tâches administratives, qui est organisée et à l’aise avec l’informatique qui souhaite apprendre et évoluer dans un environnement de bureau stable. Tes responsabilités

• Préparer et saisir avec précision les bons de commande à partir des demandes reçues
• Effectuer le suivi des commandes auprès des fournisseurs internationaux, des dates de livraison et des commandes en souffrance
• Soutenir la directrice dans la recherche de produits et de fournisseurs ainsi que dans le suivi et l’ajustement des inventaires
• Participer à la préparation de rapports et collaborer avec les différents départements afin d’assurer un traitement efficace des demandes

Profil recherché

• Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, afin de communiquer avec des fournisseurs internationaux
• Personne débrouillarde et proactive, à l'aise avec les tâches administratives
• Bonne aisance informatique et connaissance d’Excel; la connaissance de Sage 300, Accpac ou SAP constitue un atout
• Diplôme d’études secondaires et bon sens de l’organisation; une expérience en service à la clientèle, traitement de commandes, administration, inventaire ou commerce de détail est un atout

An international company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of hoses, fittings, and fluid-handling solutions for the industrial and hydraulic sectors is currently looking for a Purchasing Clerk to join its small team in Saint-Laurent, in the western part of Montreal.

In this role, you will support the Purchasing and Logistics Director with the creation and follow-up of purchase orders, communications with international suppliers, and various inventory-related activities.

Previous purchasing experience is not required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, is organized and comfortable with technology, and wants to learn and grow in a stable office environment.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and accurately enter purchase orders based on received requests
• Follow up with international suppliers regarding orders, delivery dates, and backorders
• Support the Director with product and supplier research, as well as inventory monitoring and adjustments
• Assist with preparing reports and collaborate with internal departments to ensure requests are processed efficiently

Profile sought

• Excellent written and spoken French and English to communicate with international suppliers
• Resourceful and proactive, with an interest in administrative work
• Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Sage 300, Accpac, or SAP is an asset
• High school diploma and strong organizational skills; experience in customer service, order processing, administration, inventory, or retail is an asset
