What You Will Do:

Looking for more than a helpdesk role? We're looking for an IT professional with hands-on experience who is ready to grow their technical expertise while supporting the technologies that keep our business running. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional technical support, administer end-user technologies and cloud services, and help create a reliable, secure, and seamless technology experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research solutions to assist business users in the accomplishment of their tasks.
• Evaluate new technologies and new feature sets of existing technologies.
• Research, recommend and implement innovative approaches for IT administration.
• Maintain accurate technology asset and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and standards.
• Incident and service request management via Service Desk Portal / Ticketing System.
• Deliver timely, professional and customer-focused technical support in accordance with established service levels, operational priorities and escalation procedures.
• Perform hands-on upgrades and incident diagnosis, troubleshooting and remediation solutions for both software and hardware.
• Complete installations, support, upgrades, configuration changes, malware and virus detection/elimination.
• Provide preventative maintenance and optimization of the technology solutions.
• Perform daily system monitoring of all hardware, resources, systems and key processes.
• Perform or assist with monthly hardware/software patching.

What You Will Bring:

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science/Information Technology. A combination or education and/or experience will be considered.
• 2-4 years of service desk, network and system administration experience for software and hardware solutions with solid knowledge of Microsoft Technologies on the server, desktop and mobility side
• Experience working in operating environments including Microsoft and IOS
• Experience using Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID
• Application experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe products, SQL Server, and others
• Progressive knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure technologies:
• • Microsoft Windows Server, including core
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Microsoft Windows 11
• Experienced with deploying and patching Windows servers
• Experience using PowerShell for system administration, automation and configuration
• Network knowledge with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, network interfaces, resources, and registry management
