POSITION: Senior Brand Manager, Silver Hills
REPORTS TO: Senior Marketing Director
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategy and marketing initiatives for Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery, Silver Hills Corporate, and supporting our Private Label business, driving sustainable growth, strengthening brand equity, and delivering commercial results.
OPPORTUNITIES
This role operates with a high degree of ownership and autonomy, acting as the brand leader within the organization for Silver Hills Corporate, Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery and also supporting our Private Label business. You'll play a critical role in developing team capability, driving cross-functional alignment, and elevating the quality of marketing execution, while keeping leadership informed on progress, risks, and opportunities.
