What you’ll do:
The Dealer Support Coordinator plays a vital role in the operational execution of the Dealer Changeover process across Canadian Tire Retail and Party City locations. The role is responsible for coordinating procedures, documentation and information that enable the timely communication of and accurate transfer of store operations, inventory, and assets between outgoing and incoming Associate Dealers.
This position coordinates key administrative and logistical activities across the full Changeover cycle, including communication, documentation preparation, milestone tracking, and issue identification. The coordinator also supports data collection and validation for inventory and asset evaluation, ensuring adherence to established policies and maintaining consistent execution standards across all store transitions.
Support the preparation, execution and monitoring of communication to Associate Dealers throughout the full Changeover cycle to maximize Dealer preparedness and the level of accuracy and efficiency in the changeover process.
Develop and maintain store‑specific critical paths, including tracking actions, stakeholders, and timelines throughout the Changeover cycle.
Prepare financial documentation related to assets to inform the transaction and finalization process.
Support data collection, entry, and verification for inventory, fixed assets, and the overall Changeover process.
Work collaboratively to continuously identify and implement process improvements required to increase efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and quality of work through an AI lens.
What you bring:
Currently enrolled in post-secondary program in Business, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes and technologies quickly
Comfort working with data – gathering, organizing and performing analysis to support actions
Proficiency with MS Office and Google sheets
Ability to use AI tools responsibly to suggest new ways of working improving efficiency and streamlining workflows
Problem-solving mindset and initiative in identifying errors and opportunities to improve processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
Collaborative approach when working with team members across functions
Professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude
Respect for confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately

Our typical hiring range is between $23.00 and $37.00 CAD Hourly. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
