Your Role as Land Development Manager, Ottawa office:

Leadership and Management Aspects:
- Providing daily guidance to our Civil Development, Transportation, Storm Water Management and Water Resource teams in close collaboration with our Discipline Directors and adjacent teams.
- Building, developing, and supporting our presence in several of our business markets.
- Coaching employees, including both formal and informal training and mentoring.
- Assisting in the implementation of strategies to allow for consistent delivery across projects and markets.
- Assisting in ensuring back-up and succession by monitoring the ongoing development of staff members’ abilities and scope of expertise
- Providing input and leadership on team strategy and direction.
- Guiding a program of team wellness and employee engagement initiatives.
- As a member of the leadership of the organization, working collaboratively with other stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for the entire organization.
Technical Aspects:
- Engaging through all project stages, from definition, through planning, design, and construction using your demonstrated abilities to recognize opportunities, understand client needs and manage and deliver projects.
- Ensuring fluid communication between the various internal and external stakeholders involved in each project.
- Participating in the preparation of proposals and budget estimates.
- Coordinating with other engineering disciplines, architects, and planners on multidisciplinary projects.

Check out our detailed design of municipal services for the as well as the conceptual design for future Stages 3 and 4, totaling ±65 ha located within the Barrhaven South Urban Expansion Area (BSUEA) in the City of Ottawa. We also designed municipal services in support of the , located in the Embrun community in Russell Township. This subdivision accounts for 147 residential units of various blend, and a commercial block sited on a ±12.5 ha parcel.
