We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee IT‑SaaS projects, reporting to the AVP of Product Management. The role is full‑time, permanent, and involves collaborating with product teams and stakeholders across the organization.
Role
The Senior Project Manager IT‑SaaS will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. They will identify improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and support the company’s objectives and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify, plan, and manage the development and implementation stages of assigned projects.
- Evaluate tasks, determine resource requirements (human, financial, material), and monitor progress, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Assist customers during the project definition period and gather & summarize information.
- Prepare preliminary analyses and coordinate activities for project approval.
- Plan, monitor, and control scope, risks, costs, change requests, outstanding issues, human resources, and communications for all assigned projects.
- Lead and coordinate the work of project teams, guiding staff to complete tasks.
- Promote interaction and cooperation between customers (internal or external) and project teams.
- Maintain management indicators and records of project progress, and control change requests.
Qualifications
- Technical Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- +10 years of experience managing IT projects, specifically in SaaS environments.
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification or equivalent.
- Experience in Project Development Cycle Management and managing multiple products.
- Experience implementing CRM and/or ERP projects.
- Strong knowledge of Web Technologies/Environment.
- Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industries (preferred).
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, analytical and problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to communicate, write, and synthesize information.
- Strong multitasking capability in a rapid‑paced environment.
- Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline.
