What You'll Do

As a Developer, you will play an important role in developing and supporting technology solutions that enable PTW's business operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop, customize, and maintain PTW's ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• Design and build new features and enhancements that support business operations.
• Develop front-end applications using C#, HTML, JavaScript, and Visual Basic.
• Design, maintain, and optimize SQL databases and back-end systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve reliability and performance.
• Design user interfaces that improve the employee experience.
• Test, deploy, and support applications throughout the development lifecycle.
• Create technical documentation and provide support to end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a developer who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and creating solutions that deliver real business value.

Qualifications include:

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong programming experience with:
  • C#
  • SQL
  • HTML
  • JavaScript
  • Visual Basic
• Experience with MVC architecture.
• Experience working with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL development.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to Have

The following experience would be considered an asset:

• Experience supporting ERP implementations or upgrades.
• Knowledge of business systems, financial applications, or operational software.
• Experience working in a construction, industrial, or multi-location environment.
• Experience with automation and process improvement initiatives.
