The Opportunity:
Sunoco LP is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist with expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. This role is responsible for identity lifecycle operations, access troubleshooting, governance processes, and enterprise IAM initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform identity lifecycle tasks in Active Directory, including provisioning, deprovisioning, group management, and mailbox administration
- Troubleshoot access issues across file systems, applications, and authentication workflows
- Maintain IAM standards, documentation, and operational procedures
- Support identity governance processes and user self‑service access tools
- Participate in AD migrations, domain consolidation, and IAM modernization efforts
- Provide on‑call support for critical identity services
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in access management or IAM
- At least 2 years in a formal IT environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
- Firm understanding of Active Directory structure, function, and IAM principles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multi‑domain, multi‑forest environments
- PowerShell scripting skills
- Knowledge of domain migration best practices
- Experience with Micro Focus (NetIQ) DRA
- Familiarity with Sailpoint Identity IQ or similar IGA platform
