Job description
Join Ontario Power Generation as a Projects Management Leader for the Wesleyville Nuclear Project. This Senior Manager role demands strategic oversight to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and cost objectives. You will manage a team of professionals, setting priorities and driving performance toward successful project execution. Your analytical skills will guide performance assessment, while you oversee resource management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: • Manage project team performance for optimal outputs • Set team priorities, coordinating work for project success • Allocate costs accurately and ensure timely status reporting • Analyze performance and apply integrated change control • Oversee risk management and procurement processes Requirements: • Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business is an asset • Minimum 6-8 years of progressive project management experience • Proven leadership experience with large teams • Expertise in project financial modeling techniques • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement Utilize your strategic project management abilities to drive success and innovation at OPG. #J-18808-Ljbffr
