This is an opportunity to become the owner's trusted operational counterpart. You'll take ownership of the ops side of a Top 1% Toronto real estate business, building and improving systems that support growth, and running those systems to see the impact of your work over time. You'll have meaningful autonomy to solve problems, make operational decisions, and implement automations.
Success in this role means creating calm from complexity. Transactions and listings move smoothly, priorities stay clear, clients feel exceptionally well cared for, and the business grows while maintaining that calm.
Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 annually, with Paid Time Off and Bonus Potential.

What You'll Own
End-to-end transaction operations across listings, clients, compliance, deadlines, and closings
Identifying operational risks early and resolving them before they affect clients
SOPs, checklists, workflows, and automations that actually get used
CRM and operational tools, including Follow Up Boss, Google Drive, and Monday.com
Client, lawyer, brokerage, and vendor communication
Oversight of future administrative or executive assistant support as the team grows
The Ideal Candidate
Is naturally organized and uses calendars and time blocking to protect priorities
Enjoys following well-designed systems and is disciplined about using them consistently
Leads the ops side, doesn't wait to be assigned each step, closes the loop, and checks that critical work is actually complete, not just marked as done
Notices when systems or processes are drifting and takes initiative to improve them
Exercises good judgment, prioritizes effectively, makes decisions confidently, and brings solutions, not problems
Has exceptional attention to detail and documents processes, decisions, and important information clearly
Remains calm under pressure and is energized by both creating order and making a measurable impact.

Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency with Google Workspace and confidence learning new software and systems
Experience using a CRM, project management platform, or workflow automation tools
