A career as an Associate Director or Director, Business Integrator on the New Products and Activities team at National Bank of Canada Capital Markets means acting as a strategic partner in delivering new products and business initiatives. In this role, you leverage your expertise in securities trading and financing to lead the assessment and integration of complex, high-impact initiatives by influencing key operating model design decisions, risk frameworks and integration strategies. This position reports to the Managing Director responsible for transformation and evolution initiatives in the New Products and Activities team within the Capital Markets sector. Our team consists of around 45 highly experienced, talented, and dedicated individuals and stands out for its strong collaboration, agility, and deep understanding of capital markets activities and operating models.
You will work closely with trading, risk management, and functional experts across the organization, gaining end-to-end exposure to products, processes, and business strategies. We foster a dynamic environment where learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing are encouraged.
