:Vous êtes une personne d’action qui aimez collaborer, prendre des initiatives et êtes débrouillarde?
La Direction principale opérations financières est à la recherche d’un ou d'une secrétaire pour se joindre à son équipe. Vous pourrez contribuer concrètement au succès de l'équipe en effectuant du travail de secrétariat et en soutenant votre gestionnaire dans les activités de coordination, de planification et de suivis.
Vous vous réalisez dans les tâches et fonctions suivantes :
Gestion de l'agenda
Recevoir les communications et les diriger vers les personnes qualifiées. Communiquer par téléphone, au besoin, de l’information générale ou prendre les messages
Produire les différentes communications et mémos
Produire à l'aide des logiciels appropriés, différents rapports, listes, lettres, fusions de lettres, formulaires ou tout autre document relié aux activités de la direction principale
Contrôle trimestriel des accès et sécurité des répertoires, des groupes courriel et des profils
Mettre à jour le contenu de l’Intranet, du site sécurisé, des fichiers et des répertoires de documentations
Expédier et recevoir certains documents par télécopieur, courriel et courrier
Vos qualifications et talents :
DEC en technique de bureau ou de secrétariat
Très bonne connaissance de la langue française parlée et écrite
Maîtrise fonctionnelle de la langue anglaise en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise
Très bonne connaissance de la suite Office et de Sharepoint
