  • Support capital infrastructure upgrades by developing estimates, managing budgets, and partnering with Engineering, Network Services, Procurement, and Field Operations teams.
  • Manage contractor performance, vendor relationships, purchase orders, invoicing, and cost controls to maximize value and quality.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide project reporting, maintain accurate documentation, and support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge in Civil engineering technology
  • Experience managing civil infrastructure, construction, facilities, or telecommunications projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contractor management, project coordination, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Experience conducting site inspections, developing scopes of work, and managing maintenance or capital projects.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety requirements and contractor compliance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking systems.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the province, including occasional overnight travel.

Preferred:
