  • Define and refine Insights use cases and business questions in alignment with Medical strategies, asset plans, and evidence generation priorities.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and data requirements to guide the evolution of Medical Insights tools and workflows.

  • Evaluate analytics and AI‑enabled capabilities from a Medical perspective, ensuring scientific rigor, compliance, usability, and relevance to priority Medical questions.

  • Guide the application of advanced analytics and AI‑enabled approaches to address priority Medical questions, ensuring outputs are fit‑for‑purpose and decision‑relevant.

  • Translate insights into clear, actionable outputs that support informed decision‑making, prioritization, and strategic discussions.

Value Enablement & Impact Optimization

  • Embed Medical Insights into core Medical processes (e.g., strategy development, evidence planning, scientific engagement) to strengthen decision‑making and strategic focus.

  • Define and monitor indicators of value and impact (e.g., relevance, timeliness, adoption, decision influence) to assess how insights inform Medical decisions.

  • Identify areas to enhance or streamline Medical processes through more effective and consistent use of insights.

Operational Enablement & Adoption

  • Enable effective use of Medical Insights platforms and tools, supporting access readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor utilization and effectiveness of insights solutions, identifying opportunities to improve relevance, usability, and impact.

  • Support planning, change management, and communications activities required to enable effective adoption of Medical Insights capabilities.

  • Conduct targeted analyses or exploratory assessments to surface emerging trends or unmet Medical needs.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
