Job Summary
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a direct hire opportunity in North York within a reputable manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building strong B2B relationships, resolving inquiries, supporting assigned territories, and contributing to a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Process returns, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information to support issue resolution.
- Support a designated customer territory while providing coverage for other territories as needed.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products when appropriate and aligned with customer needs.
- Maintain positive B2B customer relationships through reliable communication and service.
- Work closely with internal team members to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
