This role will lead a high-performing team, strengthen governance and reporting practices, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with business leaders to support growth and strategic decision-making. You will be a highly self-motivated individual who contributes to the team's ability to meet its financial commitments, while maintaining robust stewardship of control and reporting.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support business growth and informed decision making.

  • Implement company initiatives across the finance function.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead continuous improvement and transformation projects focused on finance reporting, automation of internal controls, and company-wide initiatives.

  • Lead finance transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging knowledge and experience from other areas of the business.

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals, motivating and inspiring them to achieve and exceed targets and KPIs.

  • Lead, inspire, and create a high-achieving finance team through ongoing coaching, development, and transformation.

  • Coach team members in best practices, fostering a culture of continuous development.

  • Ensure all team members have clear, up-to-date Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and receive regular performance reviews and meaningful 1:1 conversations to support growth, engagement, and accountability.
