Our client, a well-established not-for-profit organization, is looking for a Donor Database Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the donor CRM database, ensuring donor information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to support fundraising campaigns and donor engagement.

What you will be doing?
- Maintain and update donor records within the organization's CRM database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Import donor, fundraising, and third-party data into the CRM while validating data quality.
- Perform ongoing data entry, data cleansing, deduplication, and database maintenance activities.
- Reconcile donor records with financial and fundraising systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Process data imports from online fundraising platforms, direct mail campaigns, and external vendors.
- Execute mass data updates, record merges, and global data changes within the CRM.
- Generate validation and reconciliation reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support fundraising campaigns by configuring donor records, campaign data, and CRM fields.
- Troubleshoot data import issues and resolve exceptions in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation for database procedures, data imports, and operational workflows.
- Respond to internal data requests and collaborate with fundraising, finance, and operations teams to support reporting and donor stewardship.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, database processes, and operational efficiencies.
Must haves:
- 3+ years of experience in donor database administration, CRM coordination, data management, or database support.
- Experience working with fundraising CRM systems such as Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud CRM, Donor Perfect, Salesforce NPSP, or similar donor management platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong experience with high-volume data entry, data imports and exports, data cleaning and validation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, data validation), Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.

RequirementsQualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data administration or data integration role. Hands-on experience with Blackbaud CRM Link is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a fundraising or non-profit environment is an asset. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail amid frequent interruptions. Skilled in working with large datasets, including data mapping, manipulation, and executing global data changes. Capable of troubleshooting and resolving exceptions during data imports. Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent organizational skills.
