Senior Level 3 Network Support Specialist role on the HPE Networking Instant On team. The position serves as the highest level of technical customer support for Instant On portfolio, including cloud‑managed access points, switches, and gateways. The successful candidate will act as the technical escalation point for complex customer issues, performing deep troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, issue reproduction, and validation of fixes.
