Here is what they are looking for in a candidate:
Advantages
Title: Service Administrator
Salary 43,000-50,000$
Position: Permanent
Hours: 8 hours of work, the work schedule will be from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as long as it is 8 hours.
Medical and Dental Insurance
2 weeks vacation
2 sick days and 3 days of personal leave
Location: Pierrefonds, QC
Driver's license required
Responsibilities
- Receives and advises clients on rentals
- Draws up and closes computer system lease contracts
- Ensures that the rental conditions are respected
- Explains how products work to customers
- Opens work orders when equipment is returned
- Prepares picking slips
- Follows up on open contracts
- Closes and balances the cash register
Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or DVS in parts sales, an asset, combined with a minimum of 2 years experience in administration, customer service or working in an office setting.
- Bilingualism (spoken and written)
-English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
- Knowledge of industrial and construction equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in tool rental is an asset
