SMS is looking for a Service Supervisor, Underground to lead and support underground service operations in Val-d’Or, Quebec. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day service activities, supporting technicians, ensuring safe and efficient execution of work, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of SMS Equipment’s Underground Hard Rock business.
Work Location: Val-d’Or, QC.This position is classified as a Frontline Leader role in SMS Equipment’s competency framework, requiring demonstration of core competencies (customer focus, collaboration, and technical/functional expertise) and leadership competencies (people leadership, managing through change and uncertainty, and influence).
