Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers for a full-time opportunity with a leading food distribution company in the Saint-John, NB area. If you have a valid Class 1 license, enjoy being on the road, and are looking for a physically active driving position with long-term potential, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a tractor trailer to deliver products to a predetermined list of restaurants and food service establishments.
  • Complete deliveries in a safe, professional, and timely manner.
  • Load and unload products using a ramp, pallet jack, and/or dolly.
  • Lift, stack, load, and unload boxes weighing between 5 lbs and 50 lbs.
  • Work in refrigerated environments while completing deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized trailer, including collecting and bundling plastic wrap and cardboard.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues.
  • Follow all company safety policies, safe lifting practices, and provincial highway regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients at delivery locations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid Class 1 Driver's License.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of Class 1 driving experience in Canada.
  • Clean Driver's Abstract (issued within the last 30 days).
  • Verified clear Criminal Record Check.
  • Eligible to work in Canada for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and transportation regulations.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, dependable, and committed to workplace safety.
What We Offer
  • Wages start at $27.85/hrs plus 4% vacation pay
  • Immediate start available
  • Monday to Friday schedule with 5:00 a.m. start times
  • Long shifts should be expected, with some shifts exceeding 12 hours depending on delivery routes.
  • Prompt weekly payroll through direct deposit only.
PPE Requirements
  • CSA-approved steel-toe work boots are required.
