Job description
Lead as a Tax Manager at MNP, focusing on delivering tailored compliance solutions and innovative strategies. Engage with clients and drive efficiencies in a diverse regulatory landscape. As a pivotal member of the Tax team, you will leverage your CPA qualifications and manage a portfolio of clients, providing insights and strategies that meet regulatory requirements. You’ll also have a role in mentoring up-and-coming tax professionals and contributing to business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead client engagement teams • Create and deliver insightful management presentations • Develop and implement proactive tax strategies • Liaise with government agencies on client issues • Mentor and coach team members for professional growth Requirements: • Active CPA designation and in-depth tax training • 4-5 years in public accounting or tax consulting • Strong understanding of Canadian tax systems • Excellent relationship management and people skills • Availability for some travel Bring your expertise to MNP and shape the future of tax strategy and compliance for diverse clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
