Chipotle Restaurant General Manager

Lead Chipotle restaurant operations through hospitality, people development, and financial accountability while working lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts. Build a strong business and guest experience.

As General Manager, you will hire and develop people, build a winning culture, and manage daily restaurant operations. The position requires restaurant management experience, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting. You will also guide crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle training tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold hospitality, service speed, accuracy, and guest experience standards
• Manage recruitment, hiring, performance, and employee development processes
• Direct accurate, on-time digital order execution
• Control schedules, P&L, sales forecasts, and daily operations
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, compliance, and financial performance

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant management experience required
• Experience with scheduling, P&L management, and sales forecasting
• Experience with food safety and recruiting
• Passion for hospitality and developing people
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 50 pounds
