Position Overview
Under the general supervision of the Manager Health Services - Operating Room (OR), and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital, the Slating Clerk is responsible for accurately scheduling all patients requiring elective and emergency surgery; entering data regarding the patient’s surgery into the computer system; receiving and relaying information required by all members of the surgical team and patient care areas; maintaining the desk and supply area; and performing other related duties as assigned.
