Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Service Associate for a direct hire opportunity supporting optical retail stores and optometrists' offices. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, helping ensure eyewear orders, prescription information, order updates, and service requests are handled accurately and professionally.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of customer service experience who enjoys detail-oriented work, clear communication, and supporting customers in a fast-paced business services environment. The role offers the chance to work with a collaborative team, supportive leadership, and cross-functional partners in production, shipping, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to optical stores and optometrists' offices by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Receive, review, and accurately enter eyewear orders and prescription information into internal systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, services, missing information, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with production, shipping, and quality assurance teams to resolve discrepancies and support on-time order completion.
- Perform administrative and operational support tasks, including data entry, customer record maintenance, documentation, reporting, and database updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and prescription information while supporting quality, accuracy, and service-level goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $20 to $22 per hour.
