Pool Construction Foreman / Supervisor

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Pool Construction Foreman / Supervisor on behalf of a well-established mechanical contractor delivering specialized plumbing, piping, and pool construction projects across Western Canada.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pool construction professional who enjoys leading crews in the field and overseeing the installation of complex pool systems and large-diameter PVC piping. The company is open to experienced Foremen and Supervisors, as well as strong field leaders ready to step into a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate pool construction crews on active project sites.
• Oversee the installation of pool systems, filtration equipment, and large-diameter PVC piping.
• Coordinate daily site activities while maintaining project schedules and quality standards.
• Work closely with project management, subcontractors, consultants, and trades.
• Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with project specifications.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining productivity and workflow.
• Support project commissioning, testing, and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial or specialty pool construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of pool systems, mechanical equipment, and large-diameter PVC piping installations.
• Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate site operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience working alongside multiple trades in a construction environment.
