Our Restaurant Managers report to the General Manager and are accountable for taking initiative, being people-focused, and results-oriented. They are responsible for leading their teams in a busy, fast-paced environment with a passion for service, a strong desire to win, and an ability to build relationships. At Olive Garden, “We’re All Family Here!” and we take pride in our commitment to give our managers an increased degree of flexibility to help balance their busy lives while supporting their professional goals.

We are committed to the highest safety and sanitation practices, including ensuring team member wellness and maintaining a clean restaurant.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the dining room as directed by the Franchise Owner and General Manager.
Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a "Benchmark Restaurant", and creating a Perfect Guest Experience every time.
Continue to develop and coach associates.
Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience.
Support and implement Standards and Controls.
Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Recipe's principles.
