Director of Product Management, Analytics – Lead Execution and Product Delivery for Enterprise Analytics & AI Platforms
Location: Chicago, IL | Houston, TX | Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Overview
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the execution and evolution of a portfolio of enterprise analytics products serving the energy and commodities industry.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO), you'll serve as a key partner in translating product vision into execution. This role combines strategic product leadership with a hands-on approach, working closely with Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver innovative B2B SaaS solutions that create measurable customer value.
This is not a traditional executive product leadership position. We're looking for a product leader who enjoys getting close to execution, removing obstacles, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring critical initiatives move efficiently from roadmap to delivery. You'll be equally comfortable discussing long-term product strategy with executives and rolling up your sleeves to drive day-to-day execution.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the execution and delivery of the enterprise analytics product portfolio from roadmap through customer adoption.
- Partner closely with the CPTO to translate strategic vision into measurable product execution across multiple product lines.
- Drive product initiatives from concept through delivery by removing obstacles, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining execution momentum.
- Balance long-term product strategy with day-to-day execution, ensuring roadmap commitments are delivered successfully.
- Lead and develop Product Managers while fostering strong collaboration across Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers throughout discovery, design validation, product demonstrations, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner closely with commercial teams to support go-to-market strategy, product launches, customer expansion, and strategic opportunities.
- Champion AI-enabled analytics capabilities and identify opportunities to create differentiated customer value.
- Continuously improve product management practices, roadmap discipline, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
- Represent Product leadership with executive stakeholders while remaining closely connected to delivery teams.
What Success Looks Like
- Translate product strategy into consistent execution across multiple analytics products.
- Build strong alignment between Product, Engineering, Data Science, and commercial teams.
- Deliver AI-enabled analytics capabilities that improve customer outcomes.
- Increase customer adoption while supporting revenue growth.
- Build and develop a high-performing Product organization.
- Become a trusted operational partner to the CPTO, helping drive execution across the organization.
What You Must Have
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of enterprise B2B SaaS analytics or data products.
- Proven success owning products from strategy through execution, commercialization, customer adoption, and ongoing delivery.
- Experience leading Product Managers and multidisciplinary teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Design.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- A proven track record delivering complex enterprise software within cross-functional organizations.
